Registered Clinical Dietician-Flex Pool
Under the general supervision of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services the Registered Dietitian is responsible for coordinating patient nutritional care. The Registered Dietitian assists in planning, developing, implementing and maintaining optimum nutritional care for patients through the coordination and management of clinical dietetic services.

A. Bachelor of Science with major in dietetics from an accredited college or university preferred.
B. ADA (American Dietetic Association registration).
C. Licensed by the State of Texas preferred.
D. Prior experience in hospital clinical dietetics with administrative or supervisory experience preferred.
E. Education regarding Stroke Awareness must be completed within 6 months of hire.
