Recruiter- HR FT Days
Under the general supervision of the Assistant VP Recruitment, Retention & Clinical Initiatives, and the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment, including screening and interviewing applicants for healthcare positions within the hospital. Handles employment process from recruitment to orientation. Works directly with hiring managers to ensure quality candidates are hired for hospital.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources preferred.
- Previous experience in a recruiting position in a hospital human resources department desired.
- Computer skills required.
- Previous experience using applicant tracking system preferred.
