Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Nurse Recruiter is responsible for screening and interviewing applicants for positions within the Hospital. Handles employment process from recruitment to orientation. Responsible for setting up new files and records.
A. Bachelors Degree with major in Human Resources preferred.
B. Previous experience in a recruiting position in a hospital human resources department desired.
C. Strong communication and computer skills recommended.
D. Clinical license preferred
